cake arrived on time (all with tracking), as promised, they delivered right to my door even if they had to climb up a flight of stairs to my house on a 33degree day. the cake was moist and was a hit with the kids. if anything, my only other comment is the icing is a bit sweet for my liking, but that is just my personal preference. i was able to decorate with toppers i bought to suit the kuromi theme.

First time ordering from cake in a box so expectations were not overly that high but how wrong were we!!
Ordering process was extremely easy and straight forward.
We were kept up to date with delivery and the cake arrived in perfect condition during the expected delivery time…
The cake looked and smelt amazing while in the box and was easy to add our own decorations to.
The cake was absolutely delicious to eat.
All guests commented on how delicious the cake was and requested information on where we ordered it from.
Cake was just as delicious the following day.
Definitely will be ordering from cake in a box again.
