How do I join the rewards program?

When you place an order with us, you are automatically subscribed to our rewards program, but you will need to activate your account to access your points and redeem rewards.

You can sign up via our website through the Rewards widget pop-up, or you will be prompted to on the purchase Thank You page once you have placed an order with us for the first time.

We will provide you with 100 bonus points when you activate your account, which are available to you immediately.

Ensure you always use the same email and account when placing orders to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

Once logged in you will be able to see your available points and reward options, as well as your tier status.

How do I earn reward points?

You earn 1 reward point for every dollar you spend through our website and points are applied to your account immediately following your order being placed. 

Make sure you are logged in to your account before you checkout on your order so you can earn your points and be sure to use the same email as we are unable to merge multiple rewards accounts.

Rewards points are only earned for orders placed directly through our website and any corporate/bulk/external orders do not earn points.

Orders placed prior to launch of Rewards program do not earn points.

What are the benefits of joining the rewards program?

Every order you place with Cake In A Box™ earns you rewards points! Once you have activated your member account you can earn extra points by referring friends, following us on socials and more! It’s simple to accumulate points and move your way up to a new rewards tier status.

You can use your points to receive $ or % discounts on orders, even claim Free Shipping or grab yourself a gift card. Plus as you move up the tiers you receive an even better discount for your birthday and access to exclusive promotions and special offers.

Do points expire?

Points will expire 1 year after they have been earned, so be sure to redeem your points before they expire!

How do I redeem my points?

From our website you can login to your account via our Rewards widget pop-up, this will show you all the available rewards under “Redeem Points”. Once you have selected a reward to redeem it will prompt you on the steps to take and how to apply it on your next order. You may only redeem one reward per transaction.

When do my points show up in my account?

Points earned after the order is paid will show up immediately inside your account. Within our Rewards widget pop-up you will be able to login to your account and view your Points history, seeing how you have earned and redeemed your points.

What does my tier status mean?

We love our customers and want to reward you for your ongoing loyalty! As you spend more with Cake In A Box™ you will move through our rewards program tiers.

Pearl (joining tier) 

Emerald = spend between $100 - $299 total

Sapphire = spend between $300 - $499 total

Ruby = spend between $500 - $999 total

Diamond = spend over $1,000 total

Each tier comes with a bonus award upon entry, as well as exclusive birthday and special offers the higher you move.

How do I keep my tier status?

Once you are in a tier, you stay there! We are thrilled to have you as a loyal customer and you can continue to earn points and increase your status and rewards benefits with us.

How do I refer to my friends?

It’s so easy to refer friends and complete other bonus point activities directly inside our Rewards widget pop-up. Simply login via our website widget and visit “Refer your friends”.

You will be prompted to share a 15% off coupon with your friends via email or Facebook, and for every successful referral you will earn 200 bonus points. A $50 minimum spend applies to receive the 15% off referral bonus, and your referral link will expire after one month.

How do I earn points from my review?

Once you submit a review for your products and order with our integrated review app we will receive a notification and manually assign your points following our approval. We may contact you regarding your review.

What happens to my points if my order, or part of my order, is refunded?

Points will be deducted from your account if an order is cancelled or reduced after purchase, whether partially or fully, and the corresponding amount in points  will be removed.

Important Information

Cake In A Box™ (We/Us/Our) is entitled to make changes to the rewards program at any time, including changes to how points are earned, redeemed and spent. We reserve the right to remove any user’s account in the circumstance of fraud or other infringements against Us. Should there be any points remaining in the account, they will be forfeited. Points are only awarded to successful orders placed through our website, and we may allocate Points, Gift Cards or refunds as appropriate across individual circumstances at our discretion. Points cannot be redeemed alongside other reward promotions or discount codes, unless otherwise stated. Points will expire 1 calendar year after they have been earned.
