Thanks to the Cakeinabox team I was able to send some special birthday cupcakes from me here in New Zealand to my friend who had recently moved to Sydney. My friend was very happy and loved the cupcakes, thank you!
Want to take this time as their staff handled it really well. Their courier incorrectly sent it to an incorrect address and I thought the recipient didn't get it as intended. They were quick to offer a redelivery plus a voucher on next purchase for the hassle. Thankfully the recipient had the chance to go to the incorrect address the redelivery is no longer necessary. We as a regular here appreciate them taking responsibility for their courier's error and our staffs love the pretty cakes and does make their every birthdays special.
The order was a surprise for a friend and it really was a surprise for him!
