I love how easy it is to order with this company. The cake arrived on time and looked perfect. Just like I wanted it to look. Would be good to have a tab just for personalisation on the website and to have options for smaller cakes next time. Also, the cake was not as moist as last time but still tasted quite nice.

The day before my son’s birthday party our original cake plans fell through and so I am so grateful to have found Cake in a Box. I called them directly and spoke to a lovely lady who took so much time to explain the cakes she could make that would be closest to what I wanted and how it works.

I don't know what I was expecting being a first time customer, but the flavour and texture of the cake was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and was a hit with the family for our birthday celebration. Will definitely be ordering again.

Cake was delicious.
I was afraid it would be dry but i was far from wrong. Chocolate cake tasted like a mud cake, had alot of flavour to it but not over the top.
I decorated it myself and i turned out better than expected all round.
Will definitely order again for other occasions.
